According to the owner of the Collection, Mirza Nasr Allah Mushir al-Dawlah has listed his debts and what is owed to him in order to draft his will. The document is on the letterhead of Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

Letter to Nuzhat al-Dawlah
Regarding the Appeal Court's decision in Tehran concerning the validity of a will. The writer complains about Nuzhat al-Dawlah's father [Sa‘id al-Mulk]'s having invovled her/him in this issue. S/he requests money from Nuzhat al-Dawlah due to the costs this ordeal has caused her/him.

Payment instruction and affidavit, 1918 and 1929
Two sets of writing on a sheet of paper: Nuzhat al-Dawlah's request that Haji ‘Ali Aqa Kumpani pay seventy tumans to Aqa Mirza ‘Abd al-Husayn, dated May 1, 1918. The second is an inquiry regarding the late Nuzhat al-Dawlah's will written on April 13, 1924, which included the villages of Sis and Malikzadah and has passed the ownership of some properties to the writer and three other people. When the will was written, the writer resided in Najaf. S/he returned three years later (one year after Nuzhat al-Dawlah's death). Aqa Muhammad Akbar's settlements, 1863
Aqa Muhammad Akbar, the son of Aqa ʻAli, settled part of a property, known as Jahangir Khan's building, with Zinat al-Nisaʼ Khanum for 100 dinars. Muhammad Baqir (Aqa Muhammad Akbar's son), Sakinah Khanum (Aqa Muhammad Akbar's wife, and Aqa Jaʻfar's daughter), and Mirza Ahmad (son of Aqa Muhammad Akbar) confirmed this settlement. Aqa Muhammad Akbar also settled part of the same building with Aqa Muhammad Sadiq for 12 tumans, and Mirza Ahmad confirmed and signed this. Note: since two sixths of this building belonging to Aqa ʻAli, the son of Haj Sadiq, was part of his [Muhammad Akbar's] wife...

Settlement, 1844
Settlement, dated November 29, 1844, between ‘Ali, son of A[qa] Mirza Javad from Khuzan, on behalf of the underage children of the late Muhammad Shafi‘, son of Aqa ‘Ali, and Haji Badi‘, son of the late Aqa ‘Ali Muhammad, exchanging some land in Shams Abad for forty tumans. The note on the verso indicates that on November 21, 1847, Muhammad transferred the mentioned property to his wife, Baygum Khanum, daughter of Haji Malik Muhammad from Khuzan, in a separate document.

Shuhrah Banu's claim and settlement regarding her mahr, 1879
After the death of Mulla ‘Abd al-‘Ali, the son of Mulla Ahmad ‘Uryandibi [Ayrandibi], his two wives received their shares, but one of them, Shuhrah Banu, the daughter of Mashhadi Murad ‘Ali, has claimed that she has not received her mahr. Since ‘Abd al-‘Ali has not left a will to clarify whether he owed Shuhrah Banu her mahr or not, the matter was settled with five tumans and five thousand dinars.

Settlement of Mirza Muhammad and Mirza ʻAbd al-A’immah with Mirza Muhammad Hasan, 1911
Settlement of Mirza Muhammad, son of Haj Mirza Yahya, and Aqa Mirza ʻAbd al-A’immah, son of Mirza ʻAli Naqi Mulla Bashi, with Haj Mirza Muhammad Hasan, known as Darmiyani, son of Haj Sayyid Muhammad Baqir Darmiyani, exchanging a fruit shop located at Bid Abad Bazar for two hundred and sixty-seven tumans. They also settled fifty mans [unit of weight] of white wheat from Isfahan for ten misqals [unit of weight] of crystal candy and one hundred dinars. These settlements were based on the will of Hajiyah Baygum, daughter of Mirza Fath Allah Khan and wife of Haj Mirza Muhsin.
